The chalet is located at the foot of the Black Forest, offering unobstructed views of meadows and forests and surrounded by idyllic countryside living. The holiday apartment spans 200 m², providing plenty of space for a relaxing stay. The living area is designed to be open, bright, and inviting, with large panoramic windows. In winter, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere. From the spacious private balcony, a staircase leads down to the shared outdoor area with stunning open views and an infinity pool. The apartment is located in the same building as another holiday apartment (apartment) and shares the staircase, entrance area, and the entire outdoor area, including the pool. The pool area is typically ready for the season from mid-April. From May to September, the pool is heated to a comfortable swimming temperature depending on weather conditions. Layout of the apartment: The apartment features a fully and high-quality equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster, blender, as well as sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and open-plan kitchen and living/dining area with a WC, as well as a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a family room with one double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one French double bed, as well as another double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. The large private balcony leads via a staircase to the outdoor area with an infinity pool, sun loungers, hanging chairs, a lounge area, and unobstructed views of fields and forests. The accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, as the entrance can only be accessed via stairs. Access to the apartment is via a touchpad and a key safe.
