The stylishly furnished BEACHHOUSE SOUL is an exclusive ground-floor apartment and accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 small child. It offers approximately 76 square meters of living space, a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom with a shower, cosmetic mirror, and hairdryer. The box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) in bedroom 2 can be separated into 2 single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Washer and dryer are available free of charge. When you book with us, you enjoy a worry-free and transparent experience: The listed price already includes all additional costs. This covers final cleaning, bed linen, kitchen towels, hand towels, and consumables such as coffee, cleaning supplies, Wi-Fi, and much more. A free parking space is, of course, also included. The only optional extra service: Pets are very welcome. For the additional cleaning effort, we charge a small fee of 6 Euros per night. Thank you for your understanding.
