Dear guests, welcome to our rustic vacation home in Riederau am Ammersee with huge property and direct lake access. NEW from November 2022: We offer you from November 2022 a private garden sauna with wood stove and panoramic windows with magnificent views of the Ammersee. Please note: If you want to use the garden sauna, there is an additional sauna fee. This depends on the length of stay. You will find more details in your booking confirmation or a personal message to us. In addition to three bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a kitchen as well as a bathroom, a total of about 4,000 square meters of land with direct lake access and private swimming shore are available to you. The train station Riederau is only 1 minute walk away. By train you can reach Munich in less than an hour. The steamer to Herrsching also stops in front of the door. Please note: The vacation home is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children. There are two full size bedrooms. The third bedroom is a children's room, which is equipped with 2 bunks with 1.60m length. This is a passage room. There is a steep staircase leading to the children's room and the bedroom on the upper floor.
