“Alles sauber, bis auf ein paar Tierhaare. Aber jeder Hundehalter weiß, die sind kaum restlos zu entfernen. Obwohl viele Wohnungen in dem Haus sind, hört man nicht viel von den anderen Mietern. Nah zum Strand. Saubere Flure und gepflegte Außenanlage.”
