Arrive, breathe deeply, and feel at home – in the heart of Ruhpolding! We offer a modern newly built maisonette apartment (2025), quietly yet centrally located. It features a private entrance, a bright open-plan kitchen with dining area, and a cozy living room with views of the meadows and a west-facing terrace. Downstairs, you'll find a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine, a comfortable bedroom with access to a second bedroom (please note: this is a connecting room). The train station and town center are just a few minutes' walk away. We're looking forward to welcoming you!
We are a young local family of five and warmly welcome you to our home. Between 2024 and 2025, we built our own house with two residential units, and we are now offering the second unit as a holiday apartment.
The holiday apartment "Servus in der Wiesenstraße" is just a few minutes’ walk from the village center of Ruhpolding. There you’ll also find the train station on the Ruhpolding–Traunstein line, with connections to Munich and Salzburg. From the station, you can take the free village bus line to many hiking starting points—both in the Three Lakes region and for mountain and alpine hikes. Ruhpolding also offers a wide variety of attractions, from the historic Woodcutter Museum to the Chiemgau Arena (biathlon center) with guided tours, and the "Meine Bergwelt" area on Unternberg with activities for all ages. For a bit of action, visit the wave indoor pool in the village center or the Chiemgau Coaster—both are within walking distance of the apartment. Ruhpolding also loves to celebrate—both in modern and traditional ways. All events can be found in the Ruhpolding App under the “Events” section.
