The alternative to a hotel room. Not suitable for workers! The holiday apartment is located very close to the Wellingdorf marina, GEOMAR, and the Seefischmarkt. Just a few steps away, you can enjoy an open view of the Kiel Fjord. During the season, you can watch large cruise ships arriving and departing. The Fördelinie ferry terminal is quickly accessible, and after about a ten-minute ferry ride, you reach the other side of the fjord. From there, you can shop in the city center, stroll through parks and museums, or take a ferry to Laboe. Bus stops and rental bikes are located nearby. Your accommodation is an insulated, wood-paneled studio apartment in the courtyard of a three-unit house. On approximately 18 sqm, you will find a living and sleeping area with a double patio door. The sleeping area features a high-quality sofa bed for up to two people (2x 80 x 200 cm). The flexible sleeping surface can be used as a double bed or two singles. A table with seating, smart TV, wardrobe, and a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, sink) with cups, glasses, and cutlery are also included. For fire safety reasons, there is no stove or oven. The daylight bathroom with shower and toilet has a large mirror and a washbasin with ample storage space. The accommodation is accessible via a separate entrance in the enclosed courtyard of the house, where the owner lives and is available for questions. An electric heater can be booked on request for an extra charge.
