Property info

The bright and friendly 46m² maisonette apartment is located on the top floor. Downstairs is a large living area with fitted kitchen, dining table and cozy sofa corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher and the usual kitchen utensils. Downstairs there is a study with a desk and a single bed. In the upper sleeping area you will find a large futon double bed. The daylight bathroom has a shower + WC.

The neighborhood in Ricklingen is a lively and diverse community, characterized by openness, tolerance and respectful coexistence. People of different origins and nationalities live together here and enrich the community with their traditions and activities.
