The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Our apartment is located between some villas and terraced houses. There are many gardens and trees. The indoor swimming pool "AquariUSH" with sauna, the skate park "Rolling Wheels" and the restaurants "Waldblick", "Parkgaststätte" and "McDonald's" are within 10 minutes walking distance. There is free parking on the street around the house. The bus stop for line 219 is about 5 minutes away. The bus takes about 10 minutes to the S-Bahn station "Unterschleißheim" (S1) and about 15 minutes to the U-Bahn station "Garching-Hochbrück" (U6). It takes about 20-25 minutes by S-Bahn to get to the airport and Munich city center The FC Bayern stadium "Allianz Arena" is about 10 minutes away by car.
