If you want recommendations for hikes, wine tastings or restaurants, just ask. Franziska doesn't live in Bremm but is regularly at the house — happy to chat when paths cross. Communication runs via Booking messages, usually answered within a few hours. No one will be waiting at the door on arrival — self-check-in keeps things flexible. ```

Modern apartment on the first floor with a 45 sqm terrace facing the sheltered courtyard: afternoon sun to the west, Calmont view to the north. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.80 m), open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven). Daylight bathroom with shower. Smart TV, strong Wi-Fi. Linen and towels included. Position in the building: first floor, accessible via stairs — no lift. Self-check-in via key safe, arrival anytime from 3:00 PM. Final cleaning included in the price — no separate cleaning fee.

Bremm is located directly at the Calmont, Europe's steepest vineyard, in the largest bend of the Moselle river. The Calmont via ferrata (380 m elevation, secured with steel cables) starts a 5-minute walk from the house. The parallel Calmont ridge trail is family-friendly. The Moselle riverside path and promenade are under 2 minutes on foot. In the village: bakery, small supermarket, wineries, several wine taverns and restaurants.
