I personally love the city of Munich. Walking around the English Garden or along the Isar river, exploring the beautiful old town area or just having a "Maß" beer at the Oktoberfest. Feeling the homely way of life of the bavarian people. That is the spirit of Munich what makes it so special to live in this awesome city.

the Stay.residence combines the comfort of a hotel with the feeling of your own flat. A home, away from home. This is it, what our international guests from all over the world appreciate.

Neighborhood info

As we are located right infront of the gates of Munich, the area is calm and beautiful. Nevertheless it only takes a short ride of 20 minutes to be in the busy hart of Munich's old town area. Perfectly located especially for patients and their families of the Klinikum Großhadern. Munich-Martinsried has to offer some great restaurants which I personally love to have dinner there. As I am a keen jogger, I love to run through the "Würmtal" area which has a great nature to offer.
