The spacious vacation apartment, with fully equipped kitchen and washer-dryer, is located on the top floor (2 stairs) of a newly built detached house with granny apartment. Would you like snacks or drinks? We always have a selection available for you for a small fee. The beds in the two bedrooms can be set up as a double bed or as single beds. A folding bed can also be added to both bedrooms. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed in just a few minutes if required. This means that up to 8 people can stay in the entire flat.All three bedrooms/living rooms can be fully darkened by roller blinds. A magnificent "sky shower" awaits you in the shower room. You have a direct view of the vast sky. In the evening, you can shower in the open air, directly under the stars. In the next few months, another bath with a second WC will be completed in the apartment, which can then also be used. The land around the house, including additional parking spaces and a small playground, is still under development. All of this will be gradually prepared, built and landscaped. The beautiful guest seating area by the house offers opportunities to sit in the greenery, barbecue or even make a small fire. Please note: The clear house rules (one short page) are visibly placed in the apartment. It regulates basic topics such as "smoking" and "additional guests". These can also be sent in advance on request.
