The apartment is perfect for winding down at the end of the day, as well as for working at the workplace with fresh coffee. You can book a parking. The parking lot is only suitable for cars. A quiet balcony with a parasol offers a view of the quiet courtyard to enjoy the fresh air in peace. A workstation with mouse, keyboard & laptop holder is ideal for working and home office. The kitchen has everything you need and is adjacent to a bar counter with bar stools. A Nespresso machine with compostable capsules ensures your coffee enjoyment. The modernized bathroom is equipped with a shower. Of course we will provide you with fresh towels and shampoo, as well as shower gel and soap. -> 2 minutes walk to restaurants, cafes, laundromats and more -> 5 minutes to the castle or the lake meadow -> 13min walk to the train station -> In 8 minutes by car you are in the industrial area at Fresenius & Subaru. Neighborhood info

The apartment is centrally located in the old town of Friedberg. All around are restaurants, cafes, post offices, a laundromat, etc.... During the day the area is very busy, after 22:00 the restaurants and pubs close and it becomes quiet. Directly below the accommodation is a chocolate store, where you can find a variety of delicious chocolates and other products. The typical Wackers coffee is also sold here. In a few minutes walk you can reach the historic castle of Friedberg. Almost directly behind the accommodation is the large lake meadow which invites you to a walk or picnic.
