SauerlandBookings is a German/Dutch family business and operates from Germany and the Netherlands. We are 2 sisters and share our passion for the Sauerland and our knowledge of online marketing. This has resulted in our website SauerlandBookings and has grown into one of the largest and most comprehensive websites in Sauerland. The website has been online since 2013. Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their vacation home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodations. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. Welcome to Holiday home Siedling, a spacious and cozy house with all amenities, perfect for families and seniors who want to enjoy peace and nature. This vacation home offers plenty of space and comfort, located in the picturesque village of Siedlinghausen, among the hills of beautiful Sauerland. Highlights: Attractive Living Room and Living Kitchen: The spacious living room, separated by authentic beams, flows into a large open living kitchen. You can enjoy dining at the long dining table overlooking the spacious garden. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and offers direct access to the enclosed garden of 1200 m². 6 Comfortable Bedrooms: The house has six bedrooms. Four rooms have two single box-spring beds, one room has two single beds and the sixth bedroom is equipped with a spacious double bed. 3 Bathrooms: There are three modern bathrooms, one of which was renovated in November 2024. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers and a bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Additional Space and Amenities: A dedicated space for skis, a separate table tennis room and ample parking for three cars. Family and Pet Friendly: Enjoy the large, fenced-in yard where children and your faithful four-legged friend can play freely. Perfect for leisurely walks along the forest edge, right next to the house.

Location: The house is located in the charming village of Siedlinghausen, where you will find several stores, a bakery, supermarket, bank and restaurants within walking distance. For nature lovers there are numerous hiking and biking trails nearby and in winter you can enjoy the nearby ski resorts.
