Your room (approx. 11 m², about 14 m² including private bathroom) is located just behind the entrance door. It features a single bed that can be extended into a double bed. For a pleasant indoor climate, there is a controlled ventilation system with geothermal heat exchanger and integrated pollen filter—perfect for allergy sufferers.
