House 756 is a modern, detached holiday home in Mainz-Hechtsheim and a high-quality renovated design holiday home with approx. 110 m² on 2 levels; ideal for families, groups of friends, groups, holidaymakers, business stays, business travellers, project teams, long stays, as well as trade fair and Rhine-Main guests. The holiday home in Mainz was comprehensively renovated and newly furnished in 2025 and now offers modern comfort to a very high standard. Highlights: 4 separate bedrooms | 2 bathrooms plus guest WC | private infrared sauna | private parking directly in front of the house gate | high-speed Wi-Fi | 2 workspaces | terrace with outdoor kitchen. As a family-friendly holiday home and group accommodation in Mainz, House 756 is especially suitable as accommodation for up to 8 guests with plenty of privacy. The sleeping layout is practical for groups and families: 1 bedroom with king bed 180x200, 2 bedrooms with queen beds 160x200, and 1 bedroom with full bed 140x200 plus sofa bed; all with high-quality 29 cm mattresses and Smart TV. On the ground floor there is a walk-in shower and the private infrared sauna; on the upper floor a shower and bathtub.
