New, spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, induction stove and dishwasher. Very quiet location with a good view, the apartment cannot be seen from the outside and is located in a very quiet residential area. The bedroom can be completely darkened for a peaceful sleep. Only a 20-minute drive to the Stuttgart trade fair or Stuttgart center, 8 minutes to Mercedes Benz Sindelfingen / Böblingen.
We live downstairs in the house and are available to answer any questions or provide assistance.
Very quiet, safe and spacious residential area, only 200m from the edge of the forest.
