My name is Claudie Petermann, I was born and grew up in Bad Lauterberg. As an architect for many years, I am interested in houses, especially old villas. The villa has been in my possession since 2011, it was converted and the “Villa Mara” was created with three feel-good holiday apartments for single travelers, couples and families.
