There is an extra fee, for pets: 100 € per cat, 150 € per small dog (less than 10 kg), 200 € per medium dog (10-25 kg). Large dogs (over 25 kg) are not allowed at the property. The number of pets allowed at the property throughout the stay is 2. Guests with pets pay a higher security deposit of 1000 € as opposed to 800 € (standard damage deposit). No pets are allowed on any furniture or beds. No pets are allowed upstairs on second floor. Guests must bring their own pet beds and pets must sleep solely on the pet beds. Guests must bring pet feeding dishes with them. It’s the owners responsibility to clean up after the dog – poop and hairs. The dog must not be left alone in the house at any time. Keep dogs on leash around livestock. Allowing the dog to bark loudly and disturbing the neighbors is not allowed . Continued disobedience of these rules after the first notice to the main guest will be grounds to end the reservation prematurely by the host. Kindly ensure and present flea treatment is up to date before arrival. Any damage or stains must be paid for in full from the security deposit or additional payments if the cost of damages exceed security deposit amount.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
