Dahlmann Apartment This 42 sqm basement apartment offers a private entrance and central heating in a quiet, central garden location. Schopfheim main station and the city center are about 600 m away, and the S6 Schlattholz stop is 400 m away. You have your own parking space on the property. Nature is just a few meters away. The bathroom features a spacious shower, toilet, and window. The living/dining room includes a kitchenette, a cozy sofa corner, and a pull-out double sofa bed. Amenities include a stereo, color TV with internet, and private Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a four-burner ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, pots, and dishes. From the living area, you access the south-facing terrace with garden furniture. The bedroom has a 140 x 200 cm bed and a wardrobe. All rooms are bright, have windows, and face south. Gas central heating is available in all rooms. Bed linen, bath, and kitchen towels are provided free of charge. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are available if needed. Use of the washing machine is possible for guests by arrangement. A bicycle is available. Please note: ceiling height in the living/dining room and bathroom is two meters; in the bedroom, it is 219 cm (step!).
