At the end of a quiet road, this cozy and well-maintained holiday home is situated on a large plot surrounded by trees. Here, you can enjoy peaceful surroundings close to nature and Kongsmark Beach. The beach is within walking distance from the house, where you can enjoy swimming, relaxing, and beautiful sunsets over the water. A local grocery store is also located nearby. Outside, you will find several terraces surrounding the house, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. There is also a charcoal grill and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals together with family and friends. The large lawn provides plenty of space for games and activities, while the charming conservatory offers an additional area for relaxation. Inside, the house features three bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. The open-plan living area has high ceilings and beautiful wooden details, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
