Welcome to Modern Elegance in the Heart of Copenhagen. It's a new modern apartment centrally-located place with IHC Wireless lighting and Sonos Sound system. Rented out entirely or partially with a room. The property is listed as an entire apartment on the platform, as it feels like one cohesive unit during a stay thanks to its smart layout, and this category is the most suitable for rental. However, only part of the apartment is rented out, where there are two units within the same overall apartment. The apartment has two separate entrances, and we each have our own private area, so we will not encounter each other during your stay. For your information, I normally stay in the apartment during these periods, but only in the other, separate part.
I am a nice and helpful host, who knows the local area, as I have lived in Copenhagen all my life. My network is large in the city. Most importent is that I'm a curious person. I work as head of credit controlling in a start-up bank with lending to SMEs in Denmark and Spain. In my spare time, I love to travel, experiences and spontaneity. I prioritises to be physically active and healthy. Keeps me up-to-date on foreign policy, economics, etc. Please don't hesitate to contact me, If any questions arise during your stay.
