The beach is less than 1 km away and easily reached on foot or by bike. From April to September, the beach offers toilet facilities and a bathing jetty and is very child-friendly. The garden provides plenty of opportunities for both activity and relaxation: outdoor games, barbecuing, relaxing on the terrace, campfires, and long peaceful evenings regardless of season. Nearby, you can explore several beaches, join a surf school, or visit MinigolfParken in Højby. Within 3 km you’ll also find Sommerland Sjælland and Nygårdens farm shop with events, local produce, and more. Nykøbing Sjælland and Rørvig are recommended day trips with cozy harbours, shops, and restaurants.
