Meget fin ferielejlighed i rolige naturskønne omgivelser og så stadig tæt på Næstved centrum 5-6 km. Du vil opleve den dejlige sydsjællandske natur meget tæt på. Fasaner og harer vil du møde i haven Hund tilladt, skal holdes i snor og må ikke være alene i lejligheden. Rengøringsgebyr for hund 50 euro Øvrige dyr ikke tilladt Bæredygtighed Solceller og solvarme , samt træpiller benyttes som energikilde Derudover er der på ejendommen tilplantet 1,5 ha skov
