You can barbecue in the outdoor kitchen with a bar and fjord views, and from the terrace, a staircase leads down through the 3,000 m2 garden to the fjord shore. Take the kayak out on the water or enjoy the starry sky in total darkness. The supermarket is only 5 minutes away, and in 15 minutes you can reach Nykøbing Sjælland with restaurants and Sommerland Sjælland. Explore Kongsøre Forest on foot, cycle along the Fjord Trail, or visit the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde in 45 minutes. Annebjerg Culture Park offers art and activities for the whole family. Meet Claudia and Timo We are a family with two teenagers and built the house at the end of 2024. It is our "happy place" – we enjoy every moment. In the summer, we sit on the terrace with a panoramic view of Lammefjorden, and in the winter, we cozy up by the fireplace and enjoy the sauna. In the summer, we enjoy the fjord by kayak, at Sandskredet Badesteg or one of the other beaches in the area. In all seasons, there are many opportunities to enjoy nature – by walking by the water or in the nearby forests to pick mushrooms. And we love to cook – our kitchen is fully equipped, and in summer our outdoor kitchen offers a large gas grill and a bar with a view.
