Standing on 6 acres of an old coconut plantation, these private cottages offer access to the beach and views over Prince Rupert Bay. A wellness center with massage services is also available. A private balcony and a kitchenette are found in each decorative bungalow at Picard Beach Cottages. Each bungalow is either located directly on the beach or next to the fruit and flower gardens. Guests of Picard Beach can enjoy water sports including snorkeling along the reef, scuba diving or kayaking in the bay. A tour desk and laundry facilities are also available. Le Flambeau Restaurant & Bar is located next to the resort and serves a menu of local and continental meals. A wide selection of cocktails is also offered. Fort Shirley is less than 5 minutes’ drive from the cottages. The Indian River is 5 minutes’ walk away.

Individual hardwood self-contained cottages in typical Creole vernacular architecture are nestled within lush flower & fruit gardens fringed by Dominica’s longest sandy beach known to the island’s first settlers as Ayohayo. Our Wellness Eco Cottages each contain one en-suite bedroom with queen bed, a kitchenette and living/dining area and a private veranda. In-room facilities include; a daybed in the living area, iron & board, Wi-Fi, and local herbal & organic teas and personal amenities.
