Property info

Our Crown of Light Penthouse is the most spectacular (according to our clients) in this area! It has 3 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and is super spacious, giving the appearance of an elegant, modern and comfortable place for everyone! Marble finishes in the kitchen area, with coral floor in the pool and a gazebo with comfortable furniture to barbecue with family or friends. Mountain view and sea view from the 3rd level! The fresh breeze is felt all the time, and the living room has a 50-inch plasma television, to entertain yourself while comfortable on the sofa and air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in the dining room.

Neighborhood info

Crown of Light Penthouse is located along with another penthouse also for rent with 3 bedrooms, in a very safe urbanization with 24 hour security and cameras outside. It is a strategic place close to the Jumbo supermarket, Macdonals, Burger King and many attractions including 10 minutes to the beach. Our baseball stadium is a 5-minute walk away, and pharmacies and shopping are 3 minutes away.
