The community here has a great vibe, with many long-term residents at Kite Beach Hotel, the complex where this condo is situated. You'll quickly discover that Kite Beach is a welcoming, social, and friendly place. The beach offers excellent dining and drinking options right on the shore. Cabarete town is just a 5-minute drive away, or about a 25-minute walk along the beach.
