If you like a small place with just 4 units surrounded by a lovely tropical garden and the owner family on the spot, this is the right place for you. Relax on the pool side or spend the day on the beautiful beach. We are a laid back relaxing place who will give you all necessary information to enjoy Costambar and Puerto Plata.
My family and I live in the gated beachfront community of Costambar sin 1990. We work in tourism and we enjoy a lot hosting people from all over the world. We still enjoy Costambar with residents from many countries all the amenities in walking distance. It is one of the very few communities close to town a beautiful semi private beach and a golf course.
The location is unique just 100m from the beautiful beach and in walking distance to all amenities like the Golf Club, grocery store, tennis court, gym and the various beach bars and restaurants.
