This is a brand new building, you’ll have all the cleanness and comfort of a new apartment. The area is safe and trendy, you’ll find lots of cafeterias, restaurants and shops. The building has a gym and a coworking space.
Hey I’m Fernando and I work in tourism for 18 years now. I graduated from university with a major in hospitality. I’ve traveled a lot and I know what any guest wants and needs for an easy and memorable stay.
Very nice trendy and safe area to visit not super busy and crowded as Carolina or the old town
