The apartment is newly furnished, and equipped with all the necessary things and implements so that your stay in Department 32, is a pleasant and great experience of rest and relaxation on your vacation in Quito. It has a refrigerator, microwave and new stove, kitchen implements, cable TV, wifi. The rooms are large, comfortable and even have new bed linen and each one of them has its own wardrobe.

Jocelyne, manager and owner of Department 32, is a person who is distinguished by her kindness and courtesy to receive clients who decide to stay in our accommodation. She is fluent in English in case you don't speak Spanish. He knows a lot about his city and will help you with all the questions you have. Their mission is to make you feel at home.

It is located a few meters from the Cumanda trolleybus stop, a transport line that connects all points of the city, as well as, ten meters away is one of the most touristy streets of the city, La Ronda, known for its colonial infrastructure, the variety of restaurants with typical food, bars and places to buy traditional souvenirs on your way through the city.
