Modern style house divided into independent spacious apartments and family studio for guest accommodation. The apartment and suite are comfortable, remodeled, have their own access to guarantee privacy. The property also offers shared areas like front and back yards, covered patio with dining, living and barbecue areas. It is located in a residential area north of Quito, Urb. Los Mastodontes, Carcelén. We hope to have the pleasure of meeting you and offering you the best service for a pleasant stay.

The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe, the street has a guardian and a mobile police unit nearby. Distances: 15 min to the Middle of the World, 6 min to the Bus Terminal Carcelen, 8 min to Condado Shopping, 8 min to El Portal Shopping and 25 min to the International Airport.
