The studio features a full bed, equipped kitchenette, full bathroom with hair dryer, dining area with modern art, 43" smart TV (Zappi, Liga de Fútbol, Netflix app), in-unit washer/dryer, fast free Wi-Fi, 24/7 private security, and an emergency power generator. Communal areas with prior notice: Jacuzzi (free with stays of 2+ nights), gym, coworking area, terrace, game room, and BBQ area (cleaning fee paid to administration).
