My name is Katya and I’m from Ukraine. I came to Ecuador to help organize and take care of our suites, and over time this place became more than just a project for us. I enjoy hosting, meeting people from different places, and helping guests feel welcome. For me, hosting is about being present, attentive, and making sure people feel well taken care of.
The neighborhood is safe, modern, and nice to walk around. One of the best things about it is the location. The metro stations are nearby, as well as La Carolina Park and Estadio Olímpico Atahualpa, where concerts and events are often held. República de el Salvador is close too, with many restaurants and cafes. There are also parks and museums within a short distance, which makes the area convenient for both work and leisure stays.
