The 100+ year old townhouse is located in the Haapsalu city center, on the main street. The location is perfect because it`s 500 m from Old Town where it is sometimes too noisy. The biggest shopping center is 100 m away and offers different shops and services, pub and a supermarket. There are 3 apartments in the house. 1st floor apartments 1 and 2 remind of staying at grandmas. Their interior is basic, do not expect anything luxurious, but there is everything to have a nice holiday. Second floor apartment 3 is newly built from attic space with some more than 100 y old interior elements. The house has 300 m2 sunny private garden and yard fits to park up to 3 cars. Playground with different kind of activities for children is nearby. The apartments are nice for couples and also bigger families. The bus station is 600 m away, nearest bus stop is 400 m away.
The apartment is in walking distance to to the hip cafes, restaurants and to the Haapsalu medieval episcopal castle.
