Property info

This 70m2 apartment is in the heart of Kuressaare, just 700m from the Town Hall, Kuressaare Castle, and the bus station. Supermarkets, Arensburg Spa&Resto, Windmill Restaurant, and Thule Cinema are within 600m walking distance. The flat has a separate entrance from the parking area, trampoline, and barbeque. The flat has 2 beds (each for two persons) and 2 day beds (each for two persons). Of these four beds, three are located in separate rooms. Therefore, the apartment is not recommended for 8 adults, but rather for 8 persons of whom at least two are children accompanying their parents. In addition, an infant's cot is freely available at the apartment. The electric car charger (Wattpilot 22 kW) is freely available. No traffic noise. The host has good relations with neighbors and is informed if guests do not respect the quiet hours.
