There's also a small wood-burning stove in the living room that gives the place a nice cozy touch. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a big window with a nice view. Kitchen's compact but has what you need, so you can make coffee or a meal without any trouble. Bathroom is modern, with a good walk-in shower and a washing machine so you don't have to worry about laundry during your stay. Floors are warm oak wood throughout, and the whole place is quiet, clean, and comfortable — the kind of apartment where you can just settle in and feel at home.

Hi, I'm Anita! This apartment has been in my family for a while, and I wanted to renovate it and share it with guests rather than let it sit empty. I live nearby, so I'm never far if something comes up — I usually reply within an hour, even in the evenings. The apartment is in Mustamäe, right on the border with Kristiine — quiet and residential, but very well connected. There's a bus stop right in front of the building: about 19 minutes to the city centre, or 12 minutes to Kristiine Keskus, same bus. Two supermarkets are within an 8-minute walk (550m and 700m). Right across the road there's a park with a playground and greenery, and also Armudu, a restaurant I'd genuinely recommend. It's a good area to get a feel for everyday local life, while still being one easy bus ride from the old town and centre.
