One room apartment is located in central of Tartu. 6 min walk to downtown area. Water park around the corner. Cinema, shopping centres, town hall square, spa in 6-10min walking distance. The apartment is just renovated. Quality sofa bed from Italy with matress. Nice bathroom, waching machine.
