The loft-type apartment has two floor and it has everything you need: kitchen (incl refrigerator), TV, Wi-Fi, shower, toilet. The apartment is on the second floor of the building and has a view to backyard. The apartment has exclusively high ceilings. The house and flat was fully renovated in 2016. The apartment has darkening curtains. Car parking is available for 10 EUR/day, which has to be paid at receptionist desk in cash. Wi-Fi is only for this apartment and it is not shared with any other people. Wi-Fi speed is up to 50 Mbit/s so it is suitable for high quality video meetings. Washing machine and dryer are available at the building with extra cost. Please note that if there are three of you, the sofa bed is not pre-made for sleeping; however, bed linens have been left in the apartment for your convenience, so you can make it up yourself.

The apartment is located in a very Center of Tallinn, just 1 minute walk to Old Town (Old Town is located across the street), 11 minute walk to ferry terminal. Everything is just a couple of min walk away - restaurants, pubs, clubs, shopping centers.
