Suuri vierastalo on erillinen, samoin saunamökki. Omistaja asuu eri talossa samalla tontilla. Piha-alue on suuri , samoin parkkipaikka . Käytössä on myös eri sopimuksesta suuri oleskelutila johon on suora pääsy ulkoa . Pienemmässä , Saunatalossa on siis sauna sen talon asiakkaille On mahdollista vuokrata molemmat talot jolloin sauna on käytössä molemmille taloille Saunatalo on täysin remontoitu . Uimiseen on puhdasvetinen lampi jossa saunalta raput ja toisella puolella laituri. Lampi on vapaasti molempien talojen käytössä
Olen eläkkeellä oleva ratsastuksen opettaja jolla on nyt aikaa pitää pientä majoitusta . On mukavaa nähdä ihmisten nauttivan luonnosta ja toistensa kanssa rentoutumisesta. Asun samassa pihapiirissä mutta kun on vierailijoita pysyttelen omissa oloissani ja annan vieraille yksityisyyden
Otepää on lähellä ja siellä ja ympäristössä on paljon tapahtumia. Valgaan Latvian puolelle ja Tarttoon on runsaan puolen tunnin matka. Seikkailupuisto ja muut aktiviteetit ovat lähellä ja Otepään luonto on kaunista . Otepäällä on paljon erilaisia tapahtumia , konsertteja , urheilutapahtumia jne.
