Company info

I´m interested in good food, so I can give You some tips about restaurants nearby and in our town generally. Also, Tallinn - this is my town, I have lived here all my life, so I can advise You about the sights and interesting places to visit.

Property info

Our apartment is newly renovated, everything is fresh and new, but still - there are some preserved old wooden parts, like oak-parquet and windowsills. Apartment situates on the 2nd floor, it has high ceilings, windows face directly the park across the street, no direct sunlight towards the windows during daytime. Small kitchenette has everything for basic cooking, there is tableware for 6, some pots and a pan, small stove, microwave and an electric kettle. This 40 m2 apartment is designed to accommodate comfortably 4 guests, but maximum occupancy is 6.

Neighborhood info

Our Apartment is close to Telliskivi quarter (1 km), Noblessner marina (700 m), Old Town (1,3 km), seaplane harbor (1 km), Fotografiska museum (1,3 km). It´s windows face the Kalamaja park, which is across the street. Kalamaja neighborhood is covered with more than 100 years old wooden apartment buildings, small parks, nice, cozy cafes and shops. In 100 m radius there are a bakery, pizza place and Brazilian cafe.
