Korter asub uueväärse kortermaja katusekorrusel. Korteril on kaks ümmargust akent, mis muudavad vaated Keila raudteejaamale ning Haapsalu maanteele lummavaks. Korter on väike, kuid hubane. Piisav kuni kahele inimesele mõnusaks ja privaatseks ajaveetmiseks.
Korter asub Keila raudteejaamast vaid 100m kaugusel. Vahetusläheduses on imekaunis keskpark, rohkelt toidupoode ning kaubanduskeskuseid. Keila Terviseradadel on mõnus aastaringselt sportida. Lauluväljakul, kultuurikeskuses ja Kultuurikeerises saab nautida kontserte ning teisi põnevaid kultuurisündmuseid. Vaid lühikese autosõidu kaugusel asuvad Kloogranna ning Laulasmaa kaunid rannad ja põnevaid avastusi pakkuv Pakri poolsaar.
