This modern luxury apartment is situated in the centre of Tallinn on a quiet street and is available for short or long term rent. The apatment is recently renovated and is made up of one bedroom, full living and kitchen area, a spacious bathroom and a toilet. An elegant kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a stove, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a washing machine with dryer. There is a dining table in the living room with 4 chairs and a table. In the homely living area a large couch as seating and sleeping area is avalable. The living area, kitchen and dining area are all open to each other, but the is a door inside a wall- you can easity separate kitchen from living area. There is also an 65inch smart TV and a fireplace in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with big bed and a wardrobe. There is a spacious bathroom with 2 person massage bathtub to enjoy romantic evenings. Additionally, the apartment include an iron/ ironing board and blackout curtains. This sunny and cozy apartment is supplied with Wi-Fi. The apartment is freshly renovated and everything inside is brand new. No parties are allowed in the apartment!!
