Newly built warm 20 m2 holiday home with a private location and year-round use with a 9 m2 sauna. The house is located by a pond with clean water where you can swim. Native forests are nearby. All this is only 26 km (25 minutes) drive from Tallinn. The house is well insulated and equipped with everything you need - kitchenette, shower, toilet, heat pump, wifi, TV, coffee press. Clean drinking water comes from the tap. Usually the owner is 30 m away in the main house. Individual check-in and check-out. The key in the agreed place. If you are lucky, there is a chance to meet wild animals and birds. 2 friendly domestic cats, Tiidu-Liidu, who are not allowed in the holiday home, occasionally roam the yard
You are welcome to relax, rest, romance, work in a home office or simply enjoy nature
Urvaste is an old village, first recorded in 1219. Aruvalla marsh 100 m away. 15 km away from Patika is the Mädajärve hiking trail, surrounded by a 1 km long hiking trail with a boardwalk in good condition. A 20-minute drive away is the Tuhala witch well and hiking trail. The nearest store in Vaida is 12 minutes away by car.
