Perfect for Large Families:
This architecturally designed villa – resembling a true castle with its private pool – is located just 40 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Abu Talat. You're only a few steps away from the sea. Situated on the second row from the shoreline, the villa combines comfort, space, and an ideal location for a relaxing coastal getaway.
The villa has seven bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor, and six bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and the master bedroom also has air conditioning for added comfort.
There are three spacious living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and an additional kitchenette – ideal for large families.
The beautiful garden with a private swimming pool offers fun for all ages. Every room and floor enjoys stunning sea views.
The generous rooftop terrace is perfect for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking panorama of the sea and the pool.
There is on-site parking available for two cars.
⚠️ Kindly note: The villa is designed for families only. Mixed groups or unmarried Egyptian couples we can’t accommodate. Unmarried couples from other nationalities are most welcome.
Please note that the maximum number of guests is 14 persons, including children. Guest rotation or switching families during the stay is not allowed. Only the guests registered at check-in may stay for the full duration of the booking.
