Luxurious compound, the following available in the compound: Security 24&7, clinic, 24&7, private beach access, CCTV cameras cover all public areas, 9 swimming pools, waterfalls, marvelous & well maintained gardens, kids areas , (volleyball, football, basketball and tennis court ) mini market, restaurant free delivery and dine in. 9 public Swimming Pools, out of which , one is dedicated for children and the second is Women’s only and the third is for families & women with bourkinis -Reach your favorite swimming or diving spot without the hassle of stepping on the rocks and sea shells through a newly built bridge
Next chapter is dedicated to guests with pets : As property rules and regulations - dogs must be kept in leach at all times. - Pls be prepared to clean after your dog . Any violation for the rules will be subject to heavy fine . - The dog should not exceed 30 pounds = 15 kg . - The dog should be well trained. Any barking could result in the termination of the lease without compensation. - If the dog damage any furniture or any fixture you will be responsible for the cost of fixing it or buying a new one. - Extra cleaning fees of fifty us dollars will be charged
