The 14th floor – Sea View Apartment offers two outdoor pools connected by a waterfall. Right next to it is a large Jamaica pool bar. The beach can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes. The apartment is located on the 14th floor facing south-east. The terrace invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast at sunrise with a fantastic ocean views, which extend over the Costa Adeje golf course and La Caleta to Playa de Las Americas.

Playa Paraíso is a district of Adeje and is located on the west coast of Tenerife. The village offers a shopping centre as well as various bars and restaurants. You can also reach two idyllic beaches at the coast side within walking distance, which are connected by a promenade. The oldest dive center on the island is also located nearby. Even whales can be found in the bay off Playa Paraiso. The golf courses 18-hole Costa Adeje and 9-hole Los Lagos course are within easy reach for all golf enthusiasts and are available daily. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, and the bus runs every half hour to the surrounding neighbouring towns. By car you can reach La Caleta, Playa El Duque and Playa Fanabé in about 15 minutes. Playa de las Americas is 10 km from the apartment, while Los Cristianos is 9 km away. The nearest airport is Tenerife South Airport, 20 km from Playa Paraiso.
