With unique architecture designed in an ultra-modern style, overlooking Maspalomas with fantastic views of the sea and the dunes beyond and the mountains in the background, the accomodation boasts a private, heated pool, patio/garden with outside dining and barbeque area, terraces and all mod cons throughout. An inspirational setting for groups of up to 10 adults to enjoy a memorable vacation!

Our Villas Royale are situated in the quiet residential area of Meloneras Hills, overlooking Maspalomas to the sand dunes and the sea beyond and the mountains in the background; panoramic views for you to enjoy in peace and tranquility. Close to amenities (a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and a 5-minute drive to the shopping centre) and only a 15-minute walk to the beach, you'll find everything you need within a comfortable distance. If you want to enjoy the vibrant nightlife on offer in Maspolomas, you'll find all the liveliest spots just a short taxi ride away; close enough to easily get to, but not so close so as cause a disturbance when you want to stay in and enjoy some peace and quiet. You will also find attractions such as theme parks and water parks nearby, as well as golf courses, gyms, parks and sporting facilities.
