- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival - Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). - We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. - Parties are not allowed. - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150 euros. - The flat's capacity is of 5 people. No additional guests allowed. - Please take out the trash before check-out. - Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment. - You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient! - Please note that for reservations from 28 days or more an extra 100 euros per month will be charged, corresponding to the costs of supplies (electricity, gas, water and internet), to be paid at check in. - For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.

Lovely and cozy 3 bedroom home completely refurbished and designed for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Barcelona. Oasis of calm where you can live as a local, away from the crowd but surrounded by many restaurants, supermarkets, banks... but next to Sant Ildefons metro station! There's an additional charge of thirty euros for check-ins after 21:00h. This can be paid upon arrival.
