Across the patio, a 61m2 ground floor loft with a living area with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub shower and a kitchen-diner. And another loft on the first floor of 80m2 with a kitchen-dining room, a living room with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
