The name Yakka pays homage to Yecla's historical roots, whose original name in Muslim times was later captured by Arabic sources as "Hisn Yakka", for its origin as a castle built during the second half of the 11th century. Inspired by this connection to the past, each of our three apartments bears a name that reflects the region's unique identity and character: Adriano, in reference to the rich Roman heritage; Arabí, evoking the imposing, magical and legendary mountain; and Altiplano, a tribute to the natural and cultural environment that defines this land. Each apartment combines history, comfort, and authenticity for a unique experience in Yecla. Each apartment is fully equipped and carefully designed to offer comfort and authenticity in a welcoming atmosphere. At Yakka, we want you to enjoy a unique experience that connects you with the essence of Yecla while enjoying a stay steeped in history, comfort, and warmth. The historic Salsipuedes Street is located 20 meters from the legendary "Orma del Niño" and 50 meters from the central Calle Niño, the nerve center and one of the oldest access roads to the upper part of the city of Yecla. It is 100 meters from the Iglesia del Niño (Children's Church), 150 meters from Yecla Town Hall, and 250 meters from the Iglesia Vieja (Old Church). Yecla is 80 km from Alicante Airport and its beaches, and the journey can be made by motorway in 45 minutes.
